1) I found your website on my Blackberry as I was reseaching best options for macbook-fixing in the Harrogate area.I'm having a mac dilemma! My laptop screen appears to have smashed :( the actual macbook turns on as normal, but the screen is completely damaged internally. I have a 13.3" macbook, it's approximately 2 years old. I was wondering if you could give me a quote for the repair, and possibly explain how long it would take for it to be repaired and what the process of the repair is for screen replacement (do I need to send it away? Do I collect it when it has been repaired?)

2) Power supply has failed on this G5, burning smell etc., etc.

3) 4 weeks ago someone spilt beer on my A1260 15" macbook pro (serial no: w881738uyjx). Its needs a new led screen as there is a 2" line obscuring the middle and most of the colour has faded out. It also requires a new backlit keyboard as the most of the backlighting has faded on both the left and right edges.

I've taken apart the laptop and gently cleaned a lot of the logic board with some recommended cleaning solution, but would you be able to give it a once over for me?

The machine appears to be in good working condition atm.

4) I'm inquiring about a quote for a replacement screen for a 27" iMac which has been cracked in transit. If you could let me know asap I would appreciate this,

5) Intel iMac 20' white. "White Screen of Death" after loading boot camp and then going on to load windows, on restart the the bootcamp drive was not visible restarted then got stuck on the white screen after the chime. EFI only displays mouse no drives and CD boot from windows and Mac disc's not responding. Tried all the usual X T C Shift S and other launch commands but nothing works. Help

6) Just bought a new imac and have an old one for spares - iMac G5 20". Occasionall horizontal lines across screen. Do you buy in these circs please? Can provide more dets if needed. Can deliver to you. Thanks

7) I have a 15"mac book pro (A1226) The left fan is making a very strange noise, needs replacing. Are you able to do it friday when I visit leeds and how much will it cost? what would the cost be to do botht he left and right? and how do you need payment?

8) Hi I own a Macbook with a 60 gb harddrive. Just wanting to know how much it would cost to upgrade to a 160 gb. Also would like to know how easy it is then to transfer data from one harddrive to another. I also have a crack ontop of the keyboard case, how much to fix thanks.

9) Hi, my cd drive does not work on my mac laptop after it got knocked off my desk,currently has cd stuck in which will not eject. Was wondering if this is easy fixed? or if i will have to have my mac fixed by mac engineer.

11) Hi, i'm having trouble with my soundcard. According to on screen messages i no longer have any working coreAudio drivers and i have no audio input or output. I've researched the problem a little bit and as far as i can gather, something called a foxconn wire has come loose. Does this sound familiar at all?

12) I came by yesterday with an IBook that sadly isn't worth mending. I am though quite interested in a reconditioned Mac powerbook for myself, and news of reconditioned Macs for my parents. You showed me a powerbook pro that was already spoken for and a powerbook that had just come in. I'd be quite interested i n that one.

13) I have an old G4 power mac which i no longer use but i went to download old word files from it that i do need, and it wont switch on at all - like a fuse blown or something but checked the lead and its not the lead. As it is unused generally i dont want to do a big expensive repair but wondered if it is a simple fix or if the files can be extracted without fixing? Many thanks

14) I have a MBP 2.2GHz model no. A1226 which has stopped working. It has been into two Apple stores and both have told me that it is the logic board that has failed. As it is out of warranty and I can't afford to purchase a new logic board is there anyway of repairing the existing logic board. Alternatively what would the cost be for recovering the information on my encrypted hard drive (file vault)?

15) I recently have had a terrible time with my mac book pro 13". An accident unknown to me has lead to water damge. After visiting an Apple store in Meadow hall the quoted me £600 repairs!! which i think was a bit steap. I am at university and am now lost without it. Any advice?

16) I'm wondering if you can help me locate a part for my Macbook Pro 13inch I am in need of Apple Part #: 922-9062 It is the ribbon cable which connects the HDD to the logic board, it also includes the IR sensor (and i assume the power indicator LED). It is for a Mid 2009 Macbook Pro 13inch Unibody laptop i'm aware Apple will not provide replacement parts to anyone other than authorised service centres and so I was wondering if you can supply this item for me. And if so how much will it cost?

17) hi, i have been experiencing a few problems with my imac (g3) recently... i think it is just a loose connection on the power swich as it often won't turn on! once it is on everything seems to be fine with it... is this something you think you could fix? and if so could you give me a rough guessimate of the price to repair? many thanks leanne
